About the Ballroom Society
Members of The Ballroom Society recognize that dancing is the highest form of human activity, it enables them to show off their skills in leadership, charisma, athleticism, focus, discipline and confidence. At The Ballroom Society, we embody the refined balance of masculine leadership and feminine responsiveness, the classical partnership that has shaped ballroom for generations.
Offering group dance lessons for mastering the basics. Offering private lessons for quicker learning, show dancers, competitors. Offering dance parties and showcase events.
Those who join The Ballroom Society have the opportunity to master these skills—through dedication, guidance, and practice.

I have really enjoyed dancing with the Ballroom Society. I love that I can drop in anytime I want for group lessons and parties and I don’t have to purchase private lessons in order to attend, and I can go to as many group lessons as I want. According to experts, a good dance teacher has experience, passion, versatility, and communicative skills with all students. Matyas Prager, my teacher, has all of these and more. His support has increased my self-confidence and changed my life. I am fulfilling my childhood dream of performing. To date I have participated in four Showcases and fund raisers. Thanks to this excellent teacher I am passionate about dance, and this new chapter in my life.
